Offsite storage for your backups
Are you looking to store your backups safely offsite? In Veenendaal we provide the space, the safes and the security for your backups. We have a number of systems in place for various different companies and will therefor always have a solution that will suit you. Here are a few examples:
Closed box or trunk system
For example, what do you make of our closed box system? This is a system that involves working with sealed trunks or boxes. You can seal these trunks yourself and they will remain that way until the moment they are sent back to you. In this way, you can be sure that your information is being stored in a confidential manner.
Onsite tape handling
Another customer-oriented system is tape handling. This service can be provided on a tailor-made basis in cases where your business data are located on an external server. One of our members of staff will go on-site to change the tapes at an interval determined by you. The tapes that we retrieve are then stored in our safes. We visit a large number of data centres throughout the Netherlands every day and you can benefit from our ability to obtain rapid authorisation (most cases are already regulated)

The permanent trunk system involves the interchanging of two or more closed and sealed trunks, of which one is always stored within Schipper Safestore BV.
Security
The security of your data is our main priority and we therefore provide twice the level of protection for your property: a sturdy building containing robust safes in which your data will always remain dry. Our purpose-built rooms have extra thick walls and special insulation, meaning that these rooms are almost fire-proof. However, if a fire were to break out, then the safes are guaranteed to withstand a fire for two hours. We are therefore able to safeguard your data against the most extreme situations.
